Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the full project lifecycle for building construction projects, from tendering and planning to completion

• Oversee site operations, construction progress, and coordination with subcontractors and consultants

• Ensure works are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards

• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and government authorities

• Monitor project costs, variations, and contractual matters

• Implement effective site management strategies and resolve technical issues

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Building, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related disciplines

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with main contractors, including proven experience in residential projects in Hong Kong

• Professional qualification is a must (e.g. HKIE, CIOB, HKICM or equivalent)

• Strong knowledge of local construction regulations, contract administration, and site management practices

• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese

• Proficiency in BIM, Microsoft Project, and other project management software
