PROJECT COORDINATOR (ESTATES)

• Assist in estates project coordination and progress monitoring

• At least 4 years’ relevant experience

• Knowledge of AutoCAD is a must
  

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager in estates project coordination and progress monitoring including project planning, scheduling and tendering, tender drawings preparation, liaising with architects, consultants and contractors about design and construction details

• Compilation of progress report, minutes of meetings and other related documents

• Ensure the progress and standard of workmanship and quality to meet the standard and requirements

• Material sourcing with suppliers selected for interior fit-out /renovation projects

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Architectural Studies, Building, Building Surveying, Structural Engineering, Building Services Engineering or equivalent  

• At least 4 years’ relevant experience, preferably with on-site inspection and site coordination

• Knowledge of AutoCAD is a must; knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop and SketchUp is an advantage

• Knowledge of building construction, material specifications and testing methods

• Experience in commercial projects such as retail, office, hotel or residential/apartment developments is preferred

• Good written & spoken English and Chinese

• Good organizational skills, able to handle full set of construction drawings and co-ordinate with consultants and contractors
