ROLE MISSION

• Support the hardware team in delivering reliable, cost-effective wireless product designs

• Contribute from concept through validation and production

• Build strong technical capabilities under the guidance of senior engineers

• Hands-on experience in low-power wireless electronics

• Assist in schematic design, PCB reviews, hardware testing, and documentation

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to bring products to market

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Support development of low-power electronics for wireless audio, healthcare, and telephony products

• Assist in component selection, schematic updates, and PCB layout reviews

• Participate in hardware bring-up, validation testing, and type approval preparation

• Perform lab measurements, collect test data, and document results clearly

• Prepare project documentation: requirements, interface specs, test procedures, repair guides, and BOM updates

• Join design reviews, debugging sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities

• Provide production support and assist with lab management

• Key relationships: Engineering Manager, Team Lead, internal R&D and cross-functional project teams, EMS factories, and component suppliers
