SR ENGINEER / SENIOR TECHNICAL OFFICER (Commercial)

Responsibilities:

• Supervision of a team of technical staff to execute daily repair and maintenance works, as well as monitor building E&M systems performance and energy efficiency

• Responsible to plan, co-ordinate and review all repairing, maintenance and upgrading works/projects

• Monitoring and updating maintenance programme implementation

• Preparing tender and specifications for repairing / maintenance works and services contracts

• Attending meeting with clients and emergency calls after normal working hours are necessary
   

Requirements: 

• Holder of Higher Diploma or above in E&M Engineering/Building Services (E&M)/Building Surveying or related discipline

• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience with 2 years in supervisory capacity

• Experience in handling repair & maintenance work for water cooled chiller plant is an advantage

• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese is required

• Experience in the field of property management will be a definite advantage

• Holder of registered electrical worker license with class A or above will be advantage 

• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Engineer
