保安主管
客戶服務
商廈/ 車場管理
職責 :
監督甲級商業大廈外公眾空間及停車場的日常營運及管理服務。
統籌外判服務承辦商（包括保安、清潔、園藝及其他物業服務）的日常運作及服務質素。
監察停車場營運及車輛通道運作，維持交通秩序及安全。
工作要求：
中學程度，至少3年相關工作經驗及持有主管級經驗優先
操流利中文及懂書寫中文報告
需持有保安及護衛業委員會認可訓練課程證書(QAS)及已領取保安人員許可證(SPP)
須接受輪班工作 (早更及中更)
如較少經驗之申請者，會考慮為助理大廈主管
