Client Communications Officer

• Handle customer complaints with professionalism and care

• Ensure consistent and high-quality communication

• Support continuous improvement through feedback

Responsibilities:

• Handle communications with various internal and external parties e.g. residents, Government bodies and others;

• Handle client enquiries and provide quality solutions to client/residents

• Develop standard scripts and prepare regular communication materials to ensure consistent messages are delivered

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related disciplines

• 5 years or above relevant experience

• Precious experience in client services, property management or facility management is preferred

• Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills

• Proficient in verbal and written English and Cantonese, and fair in Mandarin is required

• Proficiency in Words/Excel/PowerPoint and knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is highly preferred
