Project Manager (Property / Building)

Reporting to a Senior Management member, you will be responsible for managing technical, contractual & financial performance of contract works and monitoring the overall control of site activities.
-
Degree in Building Surveying, Civil Engineering or related discipline preferred
-
At least 7 years relevant experience preferably in sizeable property development, property management or fit-out projects
-
Possessing sound knowledge of building technology, building services and fitting out is an advantage

Good command of English and Chinese

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Able to work independently and effectively under pressure
