Project Executive / Project Executive (Property / Building)

Responsible for managing technical, contractual & financial performance of contract works and monitoring the overall control of site activities.

REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Building Services, Surveying, Civil Engineering or related disciplines
- At least 3 years relevant experience preferably in sizeable property development, property management and fit-out projects (Luxury House)
- Possess sound knowledge of building technology, building services and fitting out is an advantage
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently and effectively under pressure
