Senior Purchasing Manager (Stationed in Shenzhen)

Responsibilities:

- Manage the whole procurement process including sourcing, quotation, vendor selection, cost negotiation and vendor management preferably with experience in handling raw material, mechanical and electromechanical parts is preferable
- Monitor supplier performance and establish strong relationships to meet the KPI including cost reduction, lead time reduction, quality monitoring and payment terms control
- Stay updated on market trends, industry best practices and technological advancements to drive continuous improvement in procurement processes
- Responsible for the procurement administration, customer order processing, material planning, inventory control and project management
- Coaching and team development

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
- Proven experience in full procurement operation including sourcing, vendor management, cost leadership and material control
- Process consumer products manufacturing experience preferably in electrical appliances manufacturing with at least 10 years of experience
- Proficiency in ERP system and procurement software with data analysis skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
- Good command of English and Chinese
