Our client is a renowned contractor with a well-established business in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for a high-caliber Registered Professional Engineer (CVL / STL) to join the project team in Hong Kong. Please send your CV to HKCULTD(at)HOTMAIL.COM
Responsibilities
- to provide structural technical support to project teams;
- To prepare design/drawings and design calculations, with support from technical officer, for BD submission & approval;
- To coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of design tasks;
- To support project planning, quality control, design reviews, and preparation of technical documents;
- To Ensure compliance with relevant BD standards, statutory requirements, and client expectations throughout the project lifecycle; and
- To support for preparation of tender technical submissions including tender design drawings and technical submissions.
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent;
- Registered Professional Engineer (CVL / STL) is a MUST;
- at least 5 years experience in preparation of structural submissions under the BO, preferably obtained from a consultancy engineering firm;
- Familiar with BD guidelines / standards / codes, statutory regulation, BD submission and approval procedures;
- Proficiency in design software, e.g. SAP2000, SADS, PLAXIS, ETABS, and SAFE.;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Able to work independently and well organized; and
- Immediately available is an advantage.
