Engineer / Senior Engineer (MEP)

Responsibilities

• Assist in design management, on site supervision, coordination with client, consultants and subcontractors for MEP works in construction projects;
• Monitor the progress and quality of building services works;
• Attend client meeting, site meeting, utilities meeting, and chair MEP coordination meeting;
• Supervise and monitor the progress of testing and commissioning works to ensure timely completion for handover to client;
• To coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of design tasks;
• To support project planning, quality control, design reviews, and preparation of technical documents; and
• To support for preparation of tender technical submissions including tender design drawings and technical submissions.

Requirements

• Degree in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;
• At least 4 year’s relevant working experience, preferably with Main Contractor;
• Corporate member of HKIE (Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services discipline) or equivalent is preferred but not a must;
• Experience including CSD/CBWD coordination, utilities liaison and project management are essential;
• Familiar with Hong Kong Government Regulations and Statutory Requirements;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills. Proactive personality is preferred;
• Able to work independently and well organized;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin); and
• Immediately available is an advantage.
