College Part-time Lecturer (Occupational Therapy) (Ref# AHRC/pt/26-02)

Major Duties

The appointee(s) will be required to:

• teach health science and discipline-specific courses at sub-degree level; and 

• coordinate and oversee clinical placements, including planning and liaison with clinical partners, allocation and monitoring of student placements, and providing supervision and support to students to ensure learning outcomes and professional standards are met.

Requirements

Candidates should have/be: 

• a relevant Master’s degree or above, preferably a doctorate degree, with teaching experience at post-secondary level;

• current registration as an Occupational Therapist;

• demonstrated experience in coordinating or supervising clinical placements or fieldwork education will be a strong advantage; and

• demonstrated competency in integrating AI-assisted tools into teaching and learning is preferred.
