Key Responsibilities
Accountable for portfolio management, including to maintain close and active communication with all CMF investees, to attend board/shareholder meetings, to prepare quarterly performance report to management and committee members
Assist with valuation of CMF portfolio to be conducted annually
Research potential investment targets, markets, technology, trends and sectors
Assist in due diligence of new investments and preparation of investment memos drafting, presentation slides and internal papers
Active participation in Cyberport startup community, including frequent attendance of events, panels and discussions
Assist on ad-hoc projects
Requirements
Leading university degree with good academic results in finance, accounting, business-related fields
Background in accounting, valuation, financial and business analysis, big6 working experience are highly preferred;
Strong analytical, due diligence and financial modelling skills; ability to analyze and value business
Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and professional report-writing skills
Experience in evaluating investment terms, commenting transaction documents is preferred
Active team-player and self-starter
Strong work ethic and attention to details, good critical thinking as well as analytical mind
Good command of English and Chinese (both in writing and verbal), fluent Mandarin is required
