We are now looking for a suitable person to fill the following position in the School of Education and Languages:
Part-time Research Assistants (Project No.: 40025) (E&L) (Ref: 26001NK)
Major Duties and Responsibilities
The appointee(s) will assist the Principal Investigator for the Research Project “AI for Empowering Learning and Teaching Funding – School Support”. The appointee(s) will be responsible mainly for the following:
Assisting in developing teaching and learning materials, test items and learning videos;
Assisting in testing classroom AI technology;
Exploring different AI tools for learning and teaching;
Performing quantitative and qualitative data analysis; and
Providing research-related assistance.
Candidates
Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence:
A Master’s degree or above, preferably in Education, Mathematics Education, Chinese Language Education, English Language Education, Chinese Language or related subjects; preferably with research and publication experience;
Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese);
Preferably with knowledge in AI in education;
Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivation, attention to details, and a positive attitude;
Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese; and
Able to meet deadlines and work independently.
Terms and Conditions for Appointment
Successful candidate will be appointed on a temporary part-time contract. Benefits will be provided in accordance with the statutory provisions.
