Manager (Anti-Money Laundering)

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) policy, including financial sanctions-related advisory
• Lead on-site examinations and off-site reviews of authorized institutions’ AML/CFT systems, including financial sanctions systems, to ensure effectiveness and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Collect, collate and analyse information in respect of AML/CFT controls, suspicious activities and evolving trends, including financial sanctions, and make recommendations to address identified deficiencies
   

Requirements

• University degree in banking, finance, accountancy or related fields
• At least 5 years of experience in AML/CFT, financial sanctions, regulatory compliance, audit, regulatory digital transformational project management or related fields;
• Good knowledge of the local banking environment and AML/CFT legal and regulatory regime
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese 

Conditions of service 

• Depending on the openings available, successful candidate may be appointed on fixed contract terms
