Major Responsibilities:
- Assist to manage specific tasks in projects and IT services;
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues;
- Liaise with different stakeholders; and
- Ad-hoc assignment.
Requirements:
- Diploma holder in Information Technology or related discipline;
- At least 1 year working experience in IT support;
- Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English;
- Multitasking and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision;
- Experience in Adobe Creative Cloud and system automation, include Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, InDesign and Shortcuts (App) in macOS would be preferred.

5-day work week
