R&D Scientist (Surface Treatment and Micro/Nano Fabrication)

R&D in Surface Treatment and Micro/Nano Fabrication Processes Responsible for developing and optimizing precision surface treatment and micro/nano fabricationtechnologies for high-end manufacturing fields.The technical scope include:micro-arc oxidation,anodic oxidation,electrolesselectroplating for lightalloys (aluminum,magnesium,titanium);precision etchingand thin film deposition techniques(e.g.PVD,CVD),wafer-level packaging surface treatments for semiconductor and optical devices;and special coatings and surface functionalization technologiesfor automotive and new energy components.Conduct in-depth research on the influencing mechanisms of key factors such as materials,media,and process parameters,to improve processing accuracy,coating/film performance,and process stability.Lead analysis and resolution of abnormal process flowsconduct systematic DOE(Design of Experiments)design and verification,and continuously improve process yield,efficiency,and achieve cost reduction and efficiency enhancement.
Technological Development and Productization Promotion Lead the full-process technical development and transfer work from laboratory principle verification,pilot-scale amplification to mass production introduction.Develop and execute testing protocols for material and device performance,conduct data collection,analysis,and summarization.Manage intellectual property layout,draft invention patents and technical papers.
