Role Summary
This position is ideal for a proactive, customer-focused professional who enjoys building strong client relationships and developing business opportunities in the logistics and forwarding industry.
The successful candidate will serve as a key contact for Japanese-speaking clients, providing professional consultation and freight solutions in a dynamic, multinational environment.
Job Responsibilities
Report directly to the Sales Manager and contribute to achieving company sales targets.
Provide professional consultation and tailored logistics solutions to clients.
Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the client portfolio.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers.
Handle customer inquiries promptly and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure efficient service execution.
Ideal Candidates
Diploma or above in any discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in air or ocean freight forwarding.
Native Japanese speaker or equivalent proficiency (JLPT N1).
Proficient of English, Chinese, or Cantonese will be an advantage.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven with a positive attitude.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
