About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Jia Group Holdings Limited' as a Food Runner. As a Food Runner, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests. This is a full-time position based in Central Central and Western District.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Assist with guest greetings, seating, table arrangements, and basic order support.

• Keep dining floor clean, tidy, and stocked with cutlery/supplies.

• Support waitstaff with table clearing and floor maintenance during peak hours.

• For Food Runner: Deliver dishes from kitchen to tables quickly, maintaining temperature and presentation.

• Assist with refills, clearing tables, and ensuring hygiene/safety standards.

• Respond to basic guest inquiries and help maintain smooth service flow.

What We Are Looking For:

• Possess experience working in fine-dining restaurants would be advantageous

• With customer-service oriented mindset and able to deliver fantastic service in a high profile venue

• Great presentation and conversational skills

• Passionate about people and able to develop and grow with your team

• A high level of energy and a good team player

• Fluent in English, able to speak Cantonese would be advantageous
