WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead and inspire one of the firm’s core design teams across multiple high-end residential and hospitality projects—from concept through completion, with substantial creative freedom and autonomy within the company’s overall vision.
Drive design excellence while balancing aesthetic vision with strategic project delivery.
Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to bring ideas to life with flawless execution.
Foster a culture of creativity, growth, and innovation within the design team.
Oversee procurement and ensure design integrity across furnishings, fixtures, and finishes.
Keep ahead of design trends, materials, and technology to continually elevate our work.
Travel occasionally to project sites as required.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
10+ years of proven experience in luxurious hospitality design and/or premium residential projects, with strong five-star hotel project experience highly preferred and high-end residential experience regarded as a valuable plus.
Exceptional design acumen with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Good command of English; knowledge of Chinese languages (Cantonese/Mandarin) preferred.
A collaborative spirit with the ability to energize and guide a team.
