• To support this growth, we are seeking an experienced engineering leader to drive innovation, lead R&D initiatives, oversee product development, and strengthen our capabilities in delivering comprehensive solutions.

Role Summary

• You will lead the ODM engineering team, overseeing product design, R&D, and delivery to meet global client requirements. You will be responsible for establishing engineering strategies, managing projects, and ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with international standards.
• This position requires extensive experience in ODM and EMS, with strong expertise in product design and innovation, and the ability to drive technological advancement while leading diverse engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the ODM engineering team, driving product design, R&D, and delivery to meet client requirements and market trends
• Establish and implement engineering strategies, processes, and best practices to ensure efficiency, quality, and scalability
• Collaborate with supply chain, business development, and manufacturing teams to deliver integrated solutions
• Drive innovation in product design and technology, ensuring ODM offerings remain competitive and aligned with global standards
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring successful execution of multiple concurrent projects
• Mentor and develop engineering talent, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement

Ideal Candidate 

• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical, or related disciplines
• Minimum 8–10 years of engineering leadership experience with a proven track record in ODM and electronic manufacturing services (EMS); solid experience in product design and innovation is essential
• Strong knowledge of product design, manufacturing processes, and quality assurance; familiarity with international standards and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, with excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills, able to inspire and lead diverse engineering teams
