Role Mission

To lead product development from design to production, ensuring manufacturing excellence, cost efficiency, and timely delivery while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Role Summary

Report directly to the Technical Assistant General Manager (AGM) and serves as a key bridge between design, production, and customers.
You will manage the entire product development lifecycle, troubleshoot manufacturing issues, evaluate cost quotes, and ensure all processes meet design specifications, safety requirements, and production timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Manage product development from design stage to production
Evaluate cost quotes per design, production method, and component value
Handle troubleshooting, debugging, and resolution of manufacturing issues
Perform sample testing to ensure products meet design specifications and safety requirements
Control development and production processes to ensure all activities meet timelines and targets
Communicate and report regularly with customers, vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
Coordinate cross-functionally to resolve issues and ensure product quality

Ideal Candidates

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline
Minimum 4+ years' experience in engineering or product development roles in toys, from design to production
Strong knowledge of toy manufacturing processes, including mold design and debugging
Excellent problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach
Proficient in written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Chinese
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in Dongguan 2–3 days per week
