ROLE MISSION

To drive successful execution of IoT hardware ODM projects from kickoff through delivery, ensuring world-class hardware products are delivered to clients on time and on budget while managing cross-functional teams, external suppliers, and production processes across Asia.

ROLE SUMMARY

You will join our growing Hong Kong team to own end-to-end execution of IoT hardware ODM projects. You will manage supplier networks across China and SE Asia, interface with factories to introduce and sustain manufacturing, drive EVT/DVT prototype cycles, oversee procurement of tooling and production equipment, and ensure clients receive world-class hardware products on time and on budget.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Own project execution from kickoff through delivery for IoT hardware ODM projects
Sustain and develop legacy and mature production lines
Manage cross-functional, remote teams and external suppliers in China and SE Asia
Drive EVT and DVT prototype cycles to completion
Oversee procurement of tooling, samples, and production equipment
Provide regular client reporting and manage project risks
Maintain project documentation and keep stakeholders informed
Coordinate logistics for prototypes and samples to international clients
Ensure quality standards and specifications are met throughout development
Identify and resolve technical and logistical challenges proactively
Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturing partners
Support cost optimisation and efficiency improvements

IDEAL CANDIDATE

Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or related field
5+ years project management experience in electronics and/or hardware and firmware development
Experience managing Chinese/SE Asian manufacturing suppliers
Strong understanding of EVT, DVT, PVT development stages
Excellent English communication skills (Cantonese/Mandarin a plus)
Proven ability to own project execution from start to finish
Strong capability to manage cross-functional and remote teams
Ability to identify and resolve technical and logistical challenges
Excellent client reporting and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working with international clients
