公司簡介
Hong Kong - Shenzhen - Guangzhou - Shanghai - Beijing
JPC Texson Ltd, established since 1990, is a Hong Kong and China licensed Employment Consulting firm, specializes in Headhunting and Recruiting Services for companies in Hong Kong and China. We have offices in Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Shanghai and Beijing.
ABOUT US
- We are an internationally acclaimed, award‑winning interior design firm recognised for redefining luxury in hospitality and high‑end residential environments. Our work is driven by a design‑led mindset that consistently pushes conceptual and experiential boundaries.
- Our portfolio includes flagship 5‑star hotels, branded residences, signature F&B venues and ultra‑luxury private homes across Hong Kong, Mainland China, Southeast Asia, Dubai, the Middle East and other key international markets. We are known for narrative‑driven concepts, meticulous detailing and timeless spatial compositions that often set, rather than follow, market trends.
- As our portfolio continues to grow globally, we are looking for a client‑centric interior design professional to act as a key bridge between our clients and design teams, ensuring a seamless, high‑touch experience across all project stages.
- Reporting directly to the Chief Creative Officer, you will be one of the Company's main client‑facing representatives.
- You will deeply understand client vision and requirements, translate them into clear design directions, and coordinate closely with both design and project management teams from concept through construction.
- This is a pivotal role for someone who combines strong design understanding with outstanding communication, coordination and relationship‑building skills.
- Represent the Company as a primary client‑facing contact, building trust and long‑term partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Work closely with Design Directors to understand the creative direction, concept narrative and design intent of each project, and act as a key communication channel between the client and the design team throughout the design stages.
- Understand client needs, brand positioning and project vision, ensuring expectations are clearly managed and that the final design solutions meet or exceed their goals.
- Coordinate and manage design deliverables and timelines, helping to keep projects on track and aligned with agreed milestones.
- Lead and attend project design meetings, including kick‑off sessions, design presentations and regular review meetings.
- Collaborate with the project management team (where applicable) and attend site meetings periodically, providing necessary support and coordination throughout drawing production, tender and construction phases.
- Maintain a strong understanding of global design trends, finishing materials and technologies, and contribute to internal knowledge‑sharing initiatives such as design newsletters or internal presentations.
- Actively support business development by identifying new opportunities through company and personal networks, while cultivating and maintaining long‑term client relationships.
- Undertake any other client‑ or design‑related responsibilities assigned by management.
IDEAL CANDIDATES
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
- Strong communication, presentation and problem‑solving skills, with a client‑oriented mindset.
- Extensive practical knowledge of interior design, with solid experience in the interior design industry and a clear understanding of design stages, workflows and deliverables.
- Strong knowledge of finishing materials, detailing and relevant construction technologies.
- Proficiency in key design and presentation software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Experience in overseas interior design projects, particularly in Southeast Asia and the Middle East, will be a strong advantage.
- Highly organised, detail‑minded and able to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a fast‑paced, design‑driven environment.
- A collaborative team player who enjoys working closely with creatives, project managers and clients.
- 5 days work; friendly and work-life balance culture.
- The opportunity to work on flagship hospitality and high‑end residential projects across multiple international markets.
- Close collaboration with award‑winning Design Directors and a highly creative, international design team.
- Exposure to top‑tier clients, brands and operators in the hospitality and luxury residential sectors.
- A dynamic, design‑focused work environment with strong emphasis on quality, creativity and professional growth.
