- We are now establishing our ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) division, which will integrate research and development (R&D), product design, and manufacturing. This strategic expansion enables us to deliver innovative, end-to-end solutions tailored to client needs.
- To support this growth, we are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering leader to drive innovation, lead R&D initiatives, oversee product development, and strengthen our capabilities in delivering comprehensive electrical solutions.
Role Summary
- You will lead the ODM electrical engineering team, overseeing electrical product design, electrical R&D, and delivery to meet global client requirements. You will be responsible for establishing electrical engineering strategies, managing projects, and ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with international standards.
- This position requires extensive experience in ODM and EMS, with strong expertise in electrical product design and innovation, and the ability to drive technological advancement while leading diverse engineering teams with a focus on electrical systems.
- You will collaborate closely with the Electronic Engineering Manager and the Mechanical Engineering Manager.
- Report to the Engineering Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the ODM electrical engineering team, driving electrical product design, electrical R&D, and delivery to meet client requirements and market trends
- Establish and implement electrical engineering strategies, processes, and best practices to ensure efficiency, quality, and scalability
- Collaborate with the Electronic Engineering Manager and Mechanical Engineering Manager to deliver integrated solutions
- Collaborate with supply chain, business development, and manufacturing teams to deliver integrated electrical solutions
- Drive innovation in electrical product design and technology, ensuring ODM offerings remain competitive and aligned with global standards
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring successful execution of multiple concurrent electrical engineering projects
- Mentor and develop electrical engineering talent, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement
- Report to the Engineering Director alongside the Electronic and Mechanical Engineering Managers
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering (or related electrical disciplines)
- Minimum 8–10 years of electrical engineering leadership experience with a proven track record in ODM and electronic manufacturing services (EMS); solid experience in electrical product design and innovation is essential
- Strong knowledge of electrical product design, electrical manufacturing processes, and quality assurance; familiarity with international standards and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills, able to inspire and lead diverse engineering teams with emphasis on electrical systems
