PROJECT ENGINEER - E&M engineering contractor for Building Services in Aquatic Leisure & Wellness Facilities / Kwun Tong / 5 days work

• We are an E&M Contractor for Building Services in Aquatic Leisure & Wellness Facilities
• We specialize in water system leisure & wellness facilities including swimming pools, water features, musical fountains, water parks, spa facilities, artificial waterfalls, health club facilities, and ice skating rinks.
• Our services include planning, design, supply of equipment, installation, maintenance, and other related technical services.
• Our main clients include government entities, property developers, hotels, clubhouses, spa companies, design consultants, and direct corporate clients in Hong Kong & Macau.

ROLE MISSION :

• Ensure the successful delivery of E&M and building‑service projects from concept to completion, providing professional project management and technical support to clients and project teams.

ROLE SUMMARY :

• You will assist the Senior Project Manager in overseeing E&M and building‑service construction projects, ensuring technical quality, on‑time delivery, and compliance with design and regulatory requirements.

JOB DESCRIPTION : 

• Report directly to the Senior Project Manager.
• Participate in project management from the preliminary stage to completion.
• Understand clients' needs and provide professional project management services.
• Oversee the work of contractors and sub-contractors.
• Ensure project progress aligns with deadlines.

IDEAL CANDIDATES :

• Tertiary educated in Engineering / Building Services or equivalent.
• 2+ years work experience in E&M engineering / fitting-out works / building services / interior design or related fields.
• Knowledge in plumbing & drainage systems or electrical control systems is an advantage.
• Experience with swimming pool, spa, water feature projects, hotel projects, or similar projects is a significant plus.
