Role Mission
- Drive the product development process by transforming design concepts into precise 3D visualisations
- Ensure exceptional product fit, aesthetic quality, and technical accuracy
- Embrace emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and innovation
Role Summary
- Report to Head of Design, you will work in our Design team of 8-10 members in HK office.
- You will play a pivotal role in our product development process. You will work within our Hong Kong design team and collaborate with our New York design team at our US headquarters
- You will utilise Browzwear V-Stitcher software to visualise product fit and aesthetics through advanced 3D prototyping
Job Description
- Apply strong pattern-making knowledge and understanding to support technical design processes
- Utilise Browzwear V-Stitcher 3D expertise for professional 3D prototyping and visualisation
- Manage end-to-end technical design processes with efficiency and precision
- Communicate effectively with design teams in Hong Kong and New York (US headquarters)
- Leverage AI tools for rendering and product development (significant advantage)
- Collaborate on garment construction, pattern making, and fit validation
- Maintain high standards of quality with excellent attention to detail
- Stay updated on fashion industry trends and 3D technology innovations
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor's degree in Textile, Fashion, or a related field
- 5+ years in the garment industry with solid experience in garment construction, pattern making, and fit
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Browzwear V-Stitcher (essential)
- Knowledge of AI tools for rendering (significant advantage)
- Strong process management capabilities
- Passion for fashion and 3D technology
