Role Overview
- You will lead audit engagements for financial services clients, including SFC-licensed corporations, reporting directly to the Managing Partner.
- This senior leadership role offers you the opportunity to oversee a portfolio of prestigious clients, drive audit excellence, and ensure strict compliance with professional standards.
- You will play a pivotal role in client relationship management, team leadership, and delivering high-quality corporate solutions while contributing to the firm's continued growth and reputation.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior management on client engagement, professional development, and business growth initiatives
- Lead, manage, and review audit engagements, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Deliver comprehensive audit and related services across diverse industries, with a focus on financial services
- Manage and mentor a team of professionals, ensuring effective resource allocation and optimal workload balance
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering tailored corporate solutions
- Sign auditors' reports on behalf of the firm
- Report directly to the Managing Partner
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related discipline
- HKICPA qualified with a valid practicing certificate (essential)
- 10+ years of relevant audit and management experience, including at least 5 years from Big 4 firms
- Experience with SFC-licensed corporations is highly advantageous
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities with a proven track record in client relationship management
