Role Summary

Join an IT team (3 in Hong Kong, 15 in Shenzhen) focused on IT infrastructure management, troubleshooting, and support for hardware, networks, servers, databases—with occasional travel to regional sites.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, manage, troubleshoot IT hardware/networks; perform daily maintenance and data housekeeping.
Administer Windows/Database Servers, anti-virus, email, networks; handle SQL queries/analysis.
Install/test servers, security (PBX/CCTV/Access Control), EDI systems; document configurations.

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor's in Data Science/IT/CS; 3+ years in networks/hardware/support.
Proficient in Linux/Windows Server/SQL/VMware; experience with HIKVISION/Huawei/ZKTECH.
Proficient in English/Mandarin/Cantonese; analytical, independent, travel-ready.
