Role Mission

To ensure smooth and successful execution of electronics manufacturing projects from development through production, delivering high-quality products on time, on budget, and in line with customer requirements.
This role plays a key part in coordinating engineering, suppliers, factories, and clients to support product launch and sustained production success.

Role Summary

You will join our Hong Kong team to manage end-to-end project execution for EMS programs.
The role involves working closely with customers, factories, and cross-functional teams across China and Southeast Asia, supporting prototype builds, production preparation, supplier coordination, and ongoing manufacturing improvement.
This is a hands-on project role with strong exposure to international clients and regional manufacturing operations.

Job Description

Own project execution from kickoff through delivery for EMS programs.
Coordinate with clients, internal teams, suppliers, and factories to ensure smooth project progression.
Support new product introduction, prototype builds, and production ramp-up activities.
Manage EVT, DVT, and PVT stages, ensuring project milestones are met.
Oversee tooling, samples, production equipment, and related procurement activities.
Maintain project schedules, documentation, and reporting to keep all stakeholders aligned.
Coordinate shipment of samples, prototypes, and related materials to clients.
Track risks, identify issues early, and drive timely resolution of technical and logistical challenges.
Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturing partners across China and Southeast Asia.
Support cost optimization, efficiency improvement, and production stability.
Occasionally travel as required, though trips are not frequent.

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering or a related discipline.
5+ years of project management experience in electronics manufacturing, hardware development, or related fields.
Experience working with Chinese and/or Southeast Asian manufacturing suppliers.
Strong understanding of EVT, DVT, and PVT development stages.
Proficient in English, Chinese, Cantonese or Mandarin
Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end with strong ownership and accountability.
Strong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Able to identify and resolve technical issues effectively.
Comfortable working with international clients in a fast-paced environment.
