Role Mission

To lead and optimize the end-to-end supply chain from China manufacturing hubs to global customer destinations. Based in Hong Kong, the role is responsible for driving excellence across procurement, logistics, warehousing, inventory flow, cost efficiency, compliance, and performance reporting, while supporting business growth and customer satisfaction.

Role Summary

Report to: General Manager
Lead a 5-member Hong Kong supply chain team, with coordination across China
This strategic role oversees the full supply chain flow from China factories and vendors to Hong Kong warehouse and onward to global customers, working closely with the Warehouse Team Head.
You will drive operational excellence through supplier management, cost control, customs compliance, inventory optimization, aging stock resolution, and KPI-driven performance improvements across Hong Kong, China, and overseas markets.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, warehousing, inventory management, receiving, delivery, dispatch, and order fulfillment.
Manage budgets, negotiate vendor contracts, and optimize supply chain resources for cost efficiency.
Develop and implement KPI-driven strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Manage order flow from production to global delivery, ensuring on-time performance.
Negotiate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to streamline supply chain processes and control costs.
Collaborate with teams across Hong Kong, China, Southeast Asia, and Europe to resolve aging stock and slow-moving inventory issues.
Coordinate customs compliance, tariff classification, and import/export documentation across multiple countries.
Prepare performance reports for stock forecasting, strategic planning, and management decision-making.
Ensure compliance with work safety regulations, company policies, ISO standards, and industry best practices.
Stay updated on supply chain trends, AI technologies, and IT systems to drive continuous process improvement.

Ideal Candidates

Tertiary education, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or related management roles.
Strong expertise in international freight, logistics transportation, and end-to-end supply chain operations.
Hands-on experience with SAP/ERP systems, logistics software, and inventory management tools.
Fluent in Cantonese and English, both written and spoken; Mandarin is an advantage.
Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, for data analysis and reporting.
Proven track record in supply chain cost control, process optimization, and risk management.
Strong analytical ability to interpret complex data and resolve ambiguous situations.
Proven leadership experience in managing teams and working with global suppliers and customers.
Willingness to travel to China occasionally.
