Role Mission
- You will support the company’s growth by managing client relationships, assisting the pre-sales process, and ensuring smooth coordination between customers and internal teams.
- This role plays a key part in driving business opportunities, delivering quality client support, and strengthening the company’s commercial presence in the fintech market.
Role Summary
- You will handle client-facing and back-office business development support activities.
- The role involves managing accounts, responding to client inquiries, preparing sales materials, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting the full pre-sales and post-sales process.
Job Description
- Assist in managing the pre-sales process for the company’s technical solutions.
- Support the sales team in preparing sales-related documents and materials, including quotations, proposals, presentations, and invoices.
- Manage client accounts and provide support for ongoing business development activities.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide timely assistance.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business development duties.
- Provide back-office support to help deliver quality pre-sales and post-sales customer service.
- Handle multiple concurrent tasks while maintaining responsiveness to client needs.
- Support relationship building and account development activities in the fintech sector.
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline.
- Around 1 year of experience in sales support, customer service, or business development support in financial technology or related
- Able to handle multiple concurrent tasks, work independently, and listen patiently to client needs.
- Quick learner, reliable, responsible, and strong in interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications for preparing quality documents.
Terms & Benefits
- Five-day work week, Monday to Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
