Role Mission
- To deliver high-quality client servicing and operational support to Senior Relationship Managers/Directors, ensuring seamless execution of investment and onboarding processes while upholding the highest standards of responsiveness, accuracy, and confidentiality.
Role Summary
- Reporting to the Head of Business Development, you will work closely with senior Relationship Managers/Directors in managing ultra-high-net-worth client relationships.
- The role covers client servicing, KYC onboarding, quotation preparation, trade execution, post-trade coordination, and ongoing administrative support, with a strong focus on precision and client experience.
Job Description
- Support Senior Relationship Managers/Directors in servicing ultra-high-net-worth families and responding to day-to-day client needs.
- Prepare accurate quotations and assist with the execution of trade orders across equities, bonds, structured products, funds, and other investment instruments.
- Coordinate client onboarding, including KYC/AML documentation, account opening, and account maintenance.
- Ensure smooth handling of post-trade follow-up, client requests, and operational enquiries.
- Maintain strong working knowledge of financial products and be able to explain product features, suitability, and key considerations in a clear and professional manner.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure timely processing of client instructions and transaction-related matters.
- Maintain CRM records, support client reporting, and track follow-up items to ensure service excellence.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of client meetings, family events, investment briefings, and advisory sessions.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with internal policies and relevant Hong Kong regulatory requirements.
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Law, Economics, or a related discipline.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in family office, private banking, wealth management, or a related client servicing role.
- Candidates with experience in brokerage firms supporting Relationship Managers/Directors in KYC onboarding, quotation preparation, and trade execution, will also be considered.
- Solid knowledge of financial products, including equities, bonds, structured products, and funds.
- Familiarity with trust structures, cross-border wealth planning, and Hong Kong compliance requirements is an advantage.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion is required.
- Fluent in English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Direct exposure to ultra-high-net-worth families and multi-disciplinary advisory teams.
