• You will support the smooth coordination of international supply chain operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, strong customer satisfaction, and continuous process improvement.

• You will be part of an 6-member team and report directly to the Head of International Supply Chain. 
• The role covers shipment coordination, communication with internal and external stakeholders, issue resolution, documentation control, and operational support. 
• You will also contribute to service enhancement initiatives and support business growth through high-quality execution.

• Support the coordination and management of international supply chain operations to ensure timely and cost-effective service delivery.
• Monitor shipment progress across multiple transport modes and provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, carriers, and other service providers to ensure smooth cargo movement and clearance.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve shipment, documentation, and logistics-related issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Prepare, review, and verify shipping documents, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs declarations, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain accurate shipment records, client data, and operational databases.
• Support process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency, service quality, and cost control.
• Work closely with sales and operations teams to support business development and service expansion activities.
• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations, safety standards, and internal policies.
• Provide ad hoc support to the Head of International Supply Chain on projects and strategic initiatives.

• Tertiary education in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in international logistics, supply chain operations, or customer service within the logistics industry.
• Good knowledge of international shipping procedures, customs clearance, and import/export regulations.
• Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with logistics management systems or related software.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Eager to learn, grow, and develop a long-term career in supply chain management.

• 5-day work week
• 13-month salary plus performance-based bonus
• 12 days of annual leave, increasing by one day per year up to a maximum of 20 days
