Role Mission
- You will play a key role in supporting day-to-day customer service, order processing, shipment coordination, and operational follow-up.
- This position requires close collaboration with internal teams and external parties to ensure smooth delivery arrangements, accurate billing, and efficient customer support.
Role Summary
- You will join a team of five members and handle customer orders, enquiries, shipment coordination, and billing follow-up.
- This role is suited to a detail-oriented and proactive individual who is able to communicate effectively in Japanese, English, Chinese, and Mandarin, while contributing to efficient office operations in a fast-paced trading environment.
- No trips are required for this position.
Job Description
- Handle customer orders and respond to enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate shipment arrangements with internal departments and relevant external parties.
- Monitor delivery schedules and follow up closely to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
- Assist in payment and billing operations, including coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Support daily operational tasks and contribute to continuous process improvement.
- Handle ad hoc assignments as required.
Ideal Candidate
- Degree holder in any discipline.
- Experience in trading, manufacturing or related companies
- shipping arrangement, order handling, or customer service is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates will also be considered for an Assistant Officer position.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Fluent in Mandarin.
- Fluent in Japanese, preferably JLPT N2 or above.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Terms & Benefits
- 5-day work week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm.
- No travel required.
