Role Mission
- This role is responsible for supporting stock planning, order coordination, and supply-demand alignment to ensure smooth business operations across the region.
- You will work closely with internal teams and customers to help maintain inventory health and deliver accurate reporting support.
Role Summary
- You will play an important role in daily stock and order management for the APAC business.
- This position offers exposure to regional operations, cross-functional collaboration, and a stable multinational environment with strong work-life balance.
Job Description
- Coordinate with customers and internal parties on stock planning and order arrangement.
- Monitor and optimize stock levels to support business needs.
- Liaise with different internal stakeholders to align supply and demand forecasts.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management review.
- Support ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor.
Ideal Candidate
- Degree holder preferably in Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in trading, stock planning, order processing, or customer service.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Fluent in Japanese, with JLPT N2 or above.
- Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Well-organized, able to multitask, and possess strong communication skills.
- Open-minded, proactive, and willing to take on new challenges.
