Role Mission / 職位使命

• To provide safe, reliable, and professional driving support for the boss and company visitors, while ensuring smooth daily transportation in Hong Kong and cross-border travel to Shenzhen when required.
• 為老闆及公司訪客提供安全、可靠及專業的接送支援，確保香港日常交通及按需要往返深圳的跨境行程順暢。

Role Summary / 職位概要

• This position is responsible for daily vehicle pickup from the Lai Chi Kok office, with only one day per week driving the boss to the Shenzhen factory and returning to Hong Kong on the same day.
  此職位負責每日於荔枝角辦公室取車，並每星期只有一天接載老闆前往深圳廠房，且於同日返回香港。
• The role also requires handling related cross-border entry and exit documentation independently, maintaining the vehicle in good condition, and supporting occasional ad hoc driving duties.
  同時亦需獨立處理相關跨境出入境文件、保持車輛狀況良好，並協助處理偶爾的臨時駕駛工作。

Key Duties / 主要職責

• Pick up the company car at the Lai Chi Kok office at 9:00 a.m. every day.
• 每日早上9時於荔枝角辦公室取車。
• Drive the boss and company visitors to appointments and company-related destinations as required.
• 按需要接載老闆及公司訪客往返會面地點及公司相關目的地。
• Drive the boss to the Shenzhen factory one day per week and return to Hong Kong on the same day.
• 每星期一天接載老闆前往深圳廠房，並於同日返回香港。
• Handle cross-border driving and related entry/exit documentation independently.
• 獨立處理中港跨境駕駛及相關出入境文件。
• Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition.
• 保持車輛清潔、妥善保養及運作正常。

Ideal Candidate / 理想人選

• Valid Hong Kong driving license and Mainland China driving license.
• 持有有效香港駕駛執照及中國內地駕駛執照。
• Familiar with traffic regulations and customs clearance procedures in both Hong Kong and Mainland China.
• 熟悉中港兩地交通規則及通關程序。
• Proven experience in cross-border driving and handling entry/exit documentation independently.
• 具備跨境駕駛經驗，並能獨立處理出入境文件。
• Clean driving record with no serious traffic violations.
• 駕駛紀錄良好，無重大交通違例。
• Responsible, punctual, and flexible with working hours.
• 具責任感、守時，並能靈活配合工作時間。
• Must hold a valid cross-border vehicle permit.
• 必須持有有效跨境車輛通行證。
• Able to understand spoken English.
• 能聽懂英語口語。
