Position Overview 職位概述

• You will lead our factory-based merchandising team and drive customer engagement across international markets.

Key Responsibilities 主要職責

• Lead and manage a merchandising team of 8–10 members
• 管理一個由 8–10 名成員組成的跟單團隊
• Oversee existing customer accounts, ensuring effective communication and timely conflict resolution
• 負責現有客戶帳戶，確保有效溝通並及時解決問題
• Identify client business needs and propose tailored solutions
• 識別客戶業務需求並提出定制化解決方案
• Coordinate and monitor all account-related activities to ensure smooth operations
• 協調並監督所有與客戶帳戶相關的活動，確保運營順暢
• Prepare regular client reports and participate in customer meetings
• 編制定期客戶報告並參與客戶會議
• Conduct market analysis to forecast trends and develop sales and marketing strategies
• 進行市場分析以預測趨勢並制定銷售和行銷策略
• Explore new channels to promote products and expand market reach
• 開拓新渠道以推廣產品並擴大市場覆蓋範圍
• Strengthen customer relationships to enhance retention and growth
• 鞏固客戶關係以提高客戶留存率和業務增長
• Negotiate contracts and maintain a robust pipeline of business opportunities
• 談判合同並保持穩定的業務機會渠道

Ideal Candidates 理想人選

• Tertiary education preferably in a relevant discipline
• 大專或以上學歷，相關專業優先
• Minimum 5 years of managerial or senior level experience in garment merchandising
• 至少 5 年服裝跟單管理或高級職位經驗
• Prior experience in babywear or kidswear is highly advantageous
• 有嬰兒服裝或兒童服裝經驗者優先
• Proficient of spoken and written English and Putonghua
• 熟練掌握英語和普通話的口語及書寫
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and negotiation skills
• 具備良好的人際交往、組織及談判能力
