Role Summary 職位概要

• Lead QA/QC teams, driving excellence in toy manufacturing quality 
• 領導品質保證及品質控制團隊，推動玩具製造品質卓越
• Shape and implement quality strategies to meet international standards and customer expectations
• 制定並執行品質策略，以符合國際標準及客戶期望
• Act as the key liaison for quality matters, ensuring smooth resolution of product issues and compliance with certifications 
• 擔任品質事宜的主要聯絡人，確保產品問題順利解決並符合認證要求
• Build and inspire a professional quality team, fostering continuous improvement across the organization 
• 建立並激勵專業品質團隊，推動全公司持續改進

Key Responsibilities 主要職責

• Report directly to the COO 
• 直接向首席營運官匯報
• Lead the QA/QC team in manufacturing plant 
• 領導工廠內的品質保證及品質控制團隊
• Develop and implement quality strategies, systems, and plans to ensure product compliance with customer requirements and departmental KPIs
• 制定並執行品質策略、系統及計劃，以確保產品符合客戶要求及部門績效指標
• Establish, monitor, and maintain quality systems aligned with international standards 
• 建立、監控及維護符合國際標準的品質系統
• Ensure manufacturing compliance with industry certifications such as ICTI 
• 確保生產符合行業認證（如ICTI）
• Act as the primary contact for all internal and external quality-related matters 
• 作為所有內部及外部品質相關事宜的主要聯絡人
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve discrepancies, failures, complaints, and other quality issues 
• 與跨部門團隊協調，調查並解決差異、故障、投訴及其他品質問題
• Recruit, train, and manage a competent quality team to support in-house testing and compliance 
• 招聘、培訓及管理專業品質團隊，以支持內部測試及合規工作
• Maintain and upgrade testing equipment to meet operational needs 維護及升級測試設備，以滿足營運需求
• Stay informed of new legislation and evolving industry standards, and advise management on necessary actions 
• 緊貼新法規及行業標準的變化，並向管理層提供必要建議
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement across the organization 
• 推動全公司持續改進的文化
• Develop and manage the annual budget for quality operations 
• 制定並管理品質運作的年度預算

Ideal Candidates 理想人選

• Tertiary education preferably in Engineering, Quality Management, Applied Science, or a related discipline 
• 擁有高等教育背景，最好是工程、品質管理、應用科學或相關學科
• 8–10 years of experience in quality management, with significant exposure to toy manufacturing 
• 8至10年品質管理經驗，並具備豐富的玩具製造行業經驗
• Strong familiarity with international standards and compliance requirements in the toy industry 
• 對玩具行業的國際標準及合規要求有深入了解
• Proficiency in English and Chinese; Mandarin is an advantage 
• 良好英文及中文；懂普通話更佳
