• The role is focused on actively identifying and developing new supplier opportunities, building strong sourcing pipelines, and supporting reliable supply flow for enterprise IT products across overseas markets.

• You will be responsible for daily supplier acquisition activities across enterprise IT compute, networking, storage, hardware, and components.

• This includes identifying potential suppliers, building supplier pipelines, conducting market research, supporting internal coordination, and ensuring trade compliance and operational accuracy.

• The role combines outbound sourcing, research, communication, and commercial support, with a strong emphasis on finding new opportunities from a zero-to-one perspective.

Job Description 工作職責

• Identify and source reliable suppliers and inventory sources from overseas markets, excluding Hong Kong and Mainland China, to ensure a stable supply chain.
• 從海外市場（不包括香港及中國內地）識別及尋找可靠的供應商及庫存來源，以確保供應鏈穩定。
• Engage suppliers through phone calls, emails, social media, and online/digital tools to secure competitive supply and trading opportunities.
• 透過電話、電子郵件、社交媒體及線上／數字工具與供應商聯繫，以爭取具競爭力的供應及交易機會。
• Carry out daily and ongoing market research to stay updated on the IT asset disposition (ITAD) landscape, key players, and contact points.
• 持續進行日常及定期市場研究，緊貼 IT 資產處置（ITAD）行業動態、主要業者及聯絡窗口。
• Build and develop supplier pipelines by product category and market segment.
• 按產品類別及市場區隔建立及發展供應商管道。
• Provide regular and transparent progress updates to management.
• 定期向管理層提供清晰及透明的工作進度匯報。
• Work closely with Business Unit Heads to align sourcing efforts with business needs and secure the best possible terms with qualified suppliers.

• Keep track of global and local trade regulations, including sanctioned and non-sanctioned markets, customs and excise, logistics, packaging, and commercial terms.

Ideal Candidate 理想人選

• Certificate or diploma in International Trade, Commerce, Supply Chain and Logistics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 證書或文憑學歷，主修國際貿易、商業、供應鏈與物流、工程或相關領域。
• 1 to 3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or buying, preferably with exposure to US suppliers and the enterprise IT equipment or semiconductor industry.
• 具 1 至 3 年採購、尋源或買手經驗，曾與美國供應商合作，並具企業級 IT 設備或半導體行業經驗者優先。
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• 精通 Microsoft Excel。
• English communication skills, both written and spoken.

• Cantonese is a strong advantage.
