ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER – European MNC Freight Forwarder (Kowloon Bay/5 days work)

Company Overview

- The Hong Kong office serves as a key regional hub, supporting international customers with reliable, time‑critical and value‑added logistics services.
- Reporting to the Sales Director
- You will support business growth by servicing existing customers and proactively developing new accounts in both air and sea freight.
- You will work as part of a 6‑member sales team, contributing to team targets and collaborating closely to drive overall business development.
- Provide professional sales and account management services to existing air and sea freight clients.
- Work closely with the team to plan and execute business development strategies and sales campaigns.
- Enhance and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding client needs and proposing suitable freight and logistics solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals and presentations, and follow up on tenders and rate negotiations.
- Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities and share insights with management to support sales planning.
- Minimum 2 year’s sales experience in freight forwarding or logistics companies (air and/or sea freight).
- Candidates who possess an existing base of potential or active clients will have an advantage.
- Strong selling, negotiation and customer‑handling skills, with a proactive and result‑oriented attitude.
- Good team player, able to work closely with colleagues to achieve shared sales targets.
- Good communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese.
- 5‑day work week.
- 13 months’ salary plus performance bonus.
- 12 days’ annual leave.
