Role Mission

• This is a strategic leadership role for a design visionary who can inspire teams, elevate creative standards, and drive the delivery of exceptional luxury interiors. 
• You will lead one of our core design teams and take ownership of projects that define the standard of high-end living and hospitality experiences across the region.

Job Description

• Lead and direct one of the firm’s key design teams across multiple luxury hospitality and residential projects.
• Develop compelling design concepts and guide projects through all phases, from initial vision to final implementation.
• Ensure exceptional design quality while balancing creativity, practicality, budget, and timeline.
• Work closely with clients, architects, consultants, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to achieve seamless execution.
• Oversee materials, FF&E, procurement, and finishing details to safeguard design integrity.
• Mentor, motivate, and develop team members to foster a collaborative and high-performing studio culture.
• Stay abreast of emerging design trends, materials, technologies, and market developments.
• Travel to project sites as required.

Ideal Candidate

• Degree holder in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of solid experience in luxury hospitality and/or high-end residential interior design.
• Strong exposure to 5-star hotel projects is highly preferred; premium residential experience is an advantage.
• Excellent design sensibility with a refined eye for detail, proportion, and materiality.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to guide and inspire a creative team.
• Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin is preferred.
• A polished, collaborative, and commercially aware design leader.
