Role Mission

We are seeking a seasoned merchandising professional to act as a vital link between customers and suppliers, ensuring smooth coordination across product development, costing, production follow-up, and shipment management.
This role also carries team leadership responsibility, overseeing and supporting a small merchandising team of 2–3 members in the China office.

Role Summary

This is a hands-on and commercially important role for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, international trading environment.
You will manage daily client and supplier communication, drive order execution, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products that meet customer expectations.

Job Responsibilities

Handle daily communication with overseas clients and suppliers on product development, order progress, and delivery matters.
Coordinate sample development, quotation preparation, order confirmation, and production tracking.
Follow up closely with factories and suppliers to ensure quality, lead time, and shipment schedules are met.
Work with clients on specifications, approvals, and order status updates.
Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth execution from development through to delivery.
Monitor production progress, resolve operational issues, and support effective problem-solving.
Prepare merchandising documents, reports, and records accurately and on time.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
Lead and support a small merchandising team of 2–3 members in the China office.

Ideal Candidate

Form 5 or above; Diploma or higher education preferred.
At least 3 years of experience in garment trims, accessories, garments, packaging, or textile-related products.
Solid experience in both client servicing and supplier coordination.
Familiar with product development, costing, sample follow-up, and order management.
Good command of English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
