Role Mission

Drive the product development process by transforming design concepts into precise 3D visualisations
Ensure exceptional product fit, aesthetic quality, and technical accuracy
Embrace emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and innovation

Role Summary

Report to Head of Design, you will work in our Design team of 8-10 members in HK office.
You will play a pivotal role in our product development process. You will work within our Hong Kong design team and collaborate with our New York design team at our US headquarters
You will utilise Browzwear V-Stitcher software to visualise product fit and aesthetics through advanced 3D prototyping

Job Description

Apply strong pattern-making knowledge and understanding to support technical design processes
Utilise Browzwear V-Stitcher 3D expertise for professional 3D prototyping and visualisation
Manage end-to-end technical design processes with efficiency and precision
Communicate effectively with design teams in Hong Kong and New York (US headquarters)
Leverage AI tools for rendering and product development (significant advantage)
Collaborate on garment construction, pattern making, and fit validation
Maintain high standards of quality with excellent attention to detail
Stay updated on fashion industry trends and 3D technology innovations

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor's degree in Textile, Fashion, or a related field
5+ years in the garment industry with solid experience in garment construction, pattern making, and fit
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Browzwear V-Stitcher (essential)
Knowledge of AI tools for rendering (significant advantage)
Strong process management capabilities
Passion for fashion and 3D technology
