The role is responsible for developing and maintaining a reliable supplier base, while supporting efficient and compliant procurement operations across overseas markets.

The successful candidate will actively identify new sourcing opportunities, strengthen supplier relationships, and help secure stable supply channels for the business.

Role Summary 職位概述

You will lead end-to-end procurement activities for enterprise IT compute, networking, storage, hardware, and components.

The role covers supplier sourcing, quotation, tendering, evaluation, contracting, and supplier management, with a strong focus on supplier development, commercial negotiation, and process governance.
此職位涵蓋供應商尋源、報價、招標、評估、合約簽訂及供應商管理，並著重供應商開發、商業談判及流程管治。
You will work closely with internal business stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with business needs, while continuously improving procurement efficiency, control, and compliance.

Job Description 工作職責

Source reliable suppliers and inventory sources from overseas markets, excluding Hong Kong and Mainland China, to ensure a stable and resilient supply chain.
從海外市場（不包括香港及中國內地）尋找可靠的供應商及庫存來源，以確保供應鏈穩定及具韌性。
Proactively identify, approach, and develop new suppliers, while maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing vendors.
主動識別、接觸及開發新供應商，同時維持並加強與現有供應商的關係。
Leverage supplier networks and market knowledge to identify sourcing opportunities in the relevant industry.
善用供應商網絡及市場知識，發掘相關行業的採購機會。
Manage full-cycle procurement activities, including supplier sourcing, quotation requests, tendering, evaluation, negotiation, contracting, and supplier management.
管理全流程採購工作，包括供應商尋源、報價邀請、招標、評估、談判、合約簽訂及供應商管理。
Ensure procurement operations are carried out in accordance with internal policies, procedures, governance standards, and compliance requirements.
確保採購運作符合內部政策、程序、管治標準及合規要求。
Liaise with Business Unit Heads to confirm business needs, finalize procurement plans, coordinate supplier evaluation, and support supplier onboarding.
與業務部門主管聯繫，確認業務需要、落實採購計劃、協調供應商評估，並支援新供應商導入。
Lead and coach team members to complete procurement projects on time, in a transparent manner, and in compliance with relevant processes and procedures.

Drive continuous improvement by reviewing existing procedures, identifying opportunities for standardization, and enhancing operational efficiency.
透過檢視現有程序、發掘標準化機會及提升營運效率，推動持續改善。
Assist in the regular review and update of internal procurement policies and procedures.
協助定期檢討及更新內部採購政策及程序。
Attend industry trade shows and exhibitions, locally and overseas, when required.
按需要出席本地及海外業內貿易展覽及展會。

Ideal Candidate 理想人選

Bachelor’s degree preferably in Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
持有學士學位，主修採購、工商管理、供應鏈管理或相關學科更佳。
CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
持有 CIPS、CPSM 或同等專業資格優先。
3+ years of relevant procurement experience in IT asset decommissioning or excess inventory within enterprise IT compute, networking, storage, hardware, and components, or equivalent.
具 3 年或以上相關採購經驗，曾於企業級 IT 運算、網絡、儲存、硬件及零件之 IT 資產退役或過剩庫存領域工作者優先，或具同等經驗亦可。
Experience in purchase contract drafting, commodity/category management, and/or strategic sourcing.
具採購合約擬定、商品／品類管理及／或策略性採購經驗。
Strong commercial sense and good understanding of relevant legislative, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
具良好商業觸覺，並熟悉相關法例、監管及合規要求。
Solid knowledge of commercial terms and conditions, procurement governance, and supplier management best practices.
熟悉商業條款及條件、採購管治及供應商管理最佳實務。
Good written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
具良好的英文、廣東話及普通話書寫及會話能力。
Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Table and VLOOKUP, are essential.
必須具備良好的 Excel 技能，包括 Pivot Table 及 VLOOKUP。
