Role Mission 崗位使命
- Lead the product development function to strengthen technical capability, improve sample development efficiency, and support successful production handover.

- This role plays a key part in turning product concepts into accurate, manufacturable, and market-ready garments.

- Reporting to senior management, the successful candidate will oversee product R&D activities, including sample development, technical review, construction feasibility, and cross-functional coordination.
- 獲聘者將向高層管理匯報，負責統籌產品研發工作，包括樣辦開發、技術審核、結構可行性評估及跨部門協調。
- The role requires strong technical judgment, hands-on product development experience, and the ability to drive improvements from concept to sample approval and production handover.
- 此職位需要具備良好的技術判斷力、實務產品開發經驗，以及推動由概念至樣辦確認及生產交接改善的能力。
Job Description 工作職責
- Lead product development activities from concept review to sample approval and production handover.
- 帶領產品開發工作，由概念評估至樣辦確認及生產交接。
- Oversee sample making processes to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.
- 統籌樣辦製作流程，確保準確性、品質及按時交付。
- Review product construction, materials, trims, and workmanship to ensure technical feasibility.
- 審核產品結構、物料、輔料及工藝要求，確保技術可行性。
- Work closely with design, merchandising, production, and quality teams to resolve technical issues and support product launch.
- 與設計、採購、生產及品質團隊緊密合作，解決技術問題並支援產品推出。
- Evaluate product feasibility, manufacturability, and cost implications during the development stage.
- 在開發階段評估產品可行性、可製造性及成本影響。
- Improve product development efficiency through better workflow coordination and technical support.
- 透過加強流程協調及技術支援，提升產品開發效率。
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product development quality and responsiveness.
- 推動持續改善項目，提升產品開發質量及反應速度。
- Build and develop the R&D team to support business growth and long-term capability building.
- 建立及培育研發團隊，以支援業務發展及長遠能力建設。
Ideal Candidate 理想人選
- Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant discipline.
- 大學本科或以上學歷，相關專業優先。
- Strong experience in garment product development, sample room operations, or product engineering.
- 具備服裝產品開發、樣辦房運作或產品工程的豐富經驗。
- Solid knowledge of cotton knit garments, especially infant and kids wear, is an advantage.
- 熟悉棉質針織服裝，尤其嬰幼兒及兒童服裝者優先。
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- 具備良好的領導能力、溝通能力及跨部門協調能力。
- Able to manage multiple projects, solve problems proactively, and work under pressure.
- 能夠同時管理多項項目，主動解決問題，並承受工作壓力。
- Good command of English & Chinese.
- 良好的中英文能力。
