MARKETING EXECUTIVE - European fashion accessories / fashion eyewear / optical frame manufacturing & trading (Hunghom)

Role Mission

• To support the end-to-end execution of product development and order management activities, ensuring smooth coordination between overseas customers, suppliers, and internal teams for timely delivery and excellent service.

Role Summary

• You will report to the Marketing Manager and work closely within a Marketing team of 5 members. 
• The role plays an important part in managing day-to-day project activities, from sourcing and product development to sampling, quotation follow-up, bulk production, and shipment coordination.
• This role requires close collaboration with international customers, manufacturers, and internal stakeholders to ensure every project is delivered efficiently, accurately, and in line with customer expectations.

Job Description

• Manage end-to-end project activities, including product development, order follow-up, and delivery coordination.
• Work closely with overseas customers, manufacturers, and internal teams on sourcing, quotations, sampling, and bulk production.
• Coordinate with suppliers on pricing, sample development, production schedules, and shipment arrangements.
• Maintain strong and long-term relationships with vendors to support ongoing business and product development needs.
• Prepare reports, records, and relevant documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
• Assist with ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.
• Occasional travel to Mainland China is required.

Ideal Candidate

• Diploma or above is preferable
• 1+ years of merchandising or product development experience, preferably in the fashion or wearable accessories industry.
• Experience in optical frame or eyewear products is a strong advantage.
• Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication skill.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese & Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus 
• Experience in serving global fashion brands is an advantage.
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
