Role Mission

• You will support the growth of the Life Science Division by driving sales, maintaining strong customer relationships, and promoting a portfolio of high-quality life science products. 
• This role combines commercial focus with technical product knowledge, making it ideal for candidates who enjoy working closely with customers in a professional and science-driven environment.

Role Summary

• Reporting to the Product Manager, the successful candidate will work with the Life Science Division team to manage sales and marketing activities, develop new business opportunities, and provide technical and product support to customers across assigned territories.

Job Description

• Report to the Product Manager and work closely with the Life Science Division team.
• Conduct sales and marketing activities for life science products.
• Focus on hospitals, medical laboratories in universities, and government organizations.
• Promote and sell instruments and consumables within assigned territories.
• Deliver product presentations and provide technical advisory services.
• Stay informed on new technologies, product developments, and market trends.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide on-site technical support when required.
• Assist in preparing marketing plans and promotional materials.
• Support business development initiatives to achieve sales objectives.

Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Life Science, Biological Science, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–2 years of experience in medical equipment, laboratory equipment, or life science products is an advantage.
• Reliable, proactive, and professional with a positive working attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Keen to develop a career in professional sales within the medical, life science, and healthcare sectors.
