Role Mission

• You will serve as a key technical support contact for customers, helping to ensure successful product demonstrations, installations, training, and after-sales application support. 
• This role combines technical knowledge, customer service, and commercial awareness to help drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

Role Summary

• Reporting to the Product Manager, the successful candidate will work closely with the Life Science Division team to provide product application support, conduct technical presentations, assist with product implementation, and support sales activities across assigned customers and territories.

Job Description

• Report to the Product Manager and work closely with the Life Science Division team.
• Provide pre-sales and after-sales technical support for life science products.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and application support for customers.
• Assist in product installation, setup, testing, and basic troubleshooting.
• Deliver user training to customers on proper product operation and applications.
• Support hospitals, university laboratories, government departments, and biotech customers.
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide on-site technical assistance when required.
• Stay updated on product features, new technologies, and market developments.
• Work with the sales team to support customer visits, technical discussions, and solution proposals.
• Assist in preparing technical materials, user guides, and marketing support documents.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and contribute to high customer satisfaction.
• Support business development initiatives as assigned.

Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Life Science, Biological Science, Biomedical Science, Biotechnology, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–2 years of experience in laboratory equipment, life science instruments, or related technical support is an advantage.
• Strong interest in science, technology, and customer-facing work.
• Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn with a professional attitude.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Willing to travel and provide on-site customer support when required.
