Role Mission

• To drive sales growth and strengthen long‑term partnerships by delivering premium imported food solutions that meet the evolving needs of Hong Kong’s top Western restaurants, hotels, and private clubs.

Role Summary

• You will be responsible for selling premium imported food products to Western restaurants, hotels, and private clubs, with a strong focus on maintaining and growing existing client relationships to drive business growth.
• You will also develop new business opportunities and potential new customers to expand market share and enhance the company’s presence in the food services sector.
• Reporting to the Food Services Sales Manager, you will work within a sales team of six, contributing to a collaborative and performance‑driven environment under a professional Western‑style management structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with chefs, procurement managers, and F&B directors.
• Conduct regular client visits to assess needs, present solutions, and recommend suitable products.
• Provide proactive after‑sales support, resolve issues, and ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking functions.
• Contribute to sales planning, pipeline management, and performance reporting.

Ideal Candidate

• 5+ years of food sales experience in the food services sector.
• Proven track record of selling to high‑end restaurants, hotels, catering companies, and private clubs in Hong Kong.
• Strong understanding of food trends, sourcing, and procurement practices.
• Good command of English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Tertiary educated or above is preferred.
• Experience in managing key accounts and building long‑term customer loyalty.
• Passion for food and solid knowledge of international cuisines.
